If the chinese characters did not display properly,you may need to install chinese font as follow steps.

1.Download the font.exe.

2.Double click the font.exe and browse to your system's font folder,Which usualy like "C:\WINDOWS\Fonts".

3.Then click "OK" and restart your IE explorer.
